Member of the Executive Board. Responsible for finance, controlling, compliance and data protection. Maintains relationships with insurance companies and monitors technical and regulatory developments in the insurance market. Contributes his experience to cross-functional projects and the ongoing development of USB.
Doris Lukic – Operations, Customer Service & Processes
Member of the Executive Board. Responsible for operational processes, contract administration and customer service. Together with her team, she ensures reliable and efficient handling of client and partner queries, and continuously develops processes and quality standards.
Eddy Behrendt – Sales, Partner Network & Business Development
Member of the Executive Board. Responsible for managing and developing the sales and the partner network. Wins new partnerships, supports brokers and agencies, and works with the Executive Board to develop market-oriented services and new business opportunities.
